Professional Experience:
I am an attorney with a small general practice firm and specialize in criminal and environmental law.  Prior to law school, I owned and operated a hardwood flooring and general contracting business.

Personal Information:
My wife Lennette and I are lifelong Northlake residents.  We have two sons, ages 4 and 1.  In 2003, I graduated with a B.A. from Dominican University and, in 2014, I received my J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Was there a moment when you realized you wanted to run for office?
Mayor Sherwin approached me after Alderman Riesterer announced his retirement.  Based on my experience and history in town, the Mayor felt that I would be an appropriate candidate to serve as Alderman Riesterer’s replacement. I accepted the challenge and hope to continue to serve the people of Northlake to the best of my ability.

What are your reflections on your time in office?
It has been a great experience meeting everyone involved in running the City and being a part of local government.  I hope to continue to grow as a civil servant and will work hard toward meeting the needs of the community.

What is your philosophy as an elected official?
To provide open and honest access to local government and to facilitate efficient use of the community’s resources.
