Police Department > Neighborhood Watch |
 |
The
Neighborhood Watch Program was started in Northlake
in 1994 to assist City neighborhoods in organizing
to help the Police Department fight crime. The primary purpose of the Neighborhood Watch
Program is to rally, organize, and train citizens in improving their home security, enhancing their
personal safety, and learning to immediately report suspicious activity occurring in their neighborhoods
to the police. The Neighborhood Watch Program empowers citizens to take charge of
their neighborhoods and to look out for one another.
For
more information on the Northlake Neighborhood Watch Program, including meeting times, please go to the
Neighborhood Watch Commission page.
