COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
MEETING HELD ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2007
MAYOR SHERWIN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 6:30 P.M.
Clerk Floistad called for the roll.

The committee reviewed the minutes of the October 15, 2007 meeting. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 15, 2007 meeting; seconded by Alderman Delgado. Mayor Sherwin asked if there were any corrections or deletions. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.
Mayor Sherwin presented the Invoices Over One Thousand Dollars. Alderman Grochowski made a motion to approve the Invoices Over One Thousand Dollars; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Delgado. Alderman Patti asked about the bill for Ciosek Tree Service. William Kabler said this is from the August 23rd storm. Alderman Feldmann asked if Fulton Technologies had anything to do with our sirens going in a timely manner. Dale Roberts said Norcom deals with the sirens not Fulton. Alderman Feldmann wanted to know who the uniforms were for under Kale Uniform. Chief Koletsos said these uniforms were for all the records clerks. Alderman Nessling asked about the Wheeler Bad Load Dumps from JKS Ventures. Dale Roberts responded by saying this is material that is mixed up during a water break or sewer repair. We pile it up until we get a truckload we take it into to JKS. Alderman Nessling asked if the Home Depot bill reflects the Creekside Village. William Kabler said yes it does. Alderman Nessling also asked about the Cook County Project. Dale Roberts said this insulation for our water main on Northwest Avenue. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Mayor Sherwin presented Commission Expenditures. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the Commission Expenditures; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Under New Business:
There being no further business, Alderman Patti made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Delgado. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
